Sierra 1520 Varminter 6mm .243 85 GR Spitzer 100Box
Varminter Bullets are designed specifically for rapid expansion and instant
kills on larger varmints and small game. Varminter bullets have thin
jackets to enhance expansion but with sufficient strength to be fired at
the highest muzzle velocities in the cartridges for which they are
intended. The shapes of bullets in this classification include hollow point
(HP), spitzer pointed flat base (SPT), and semi-pointed (SMP). Bullets
labeled as Blitz are designed for medium velocity (under 3600 fps). Hornet
bullets are designed to expand reliably in the 2500 to 2800 fps velocity
range, although they can be loaded in cartridges generating up to 3500 fps
muzzle velocity. At 223 Remington velocities, the Hornet will be an
explosive `Blitz` style Varminter.

If you wish to order ammunition via our website and choose the in store pick up option, you may pick up your order at either one of our locations. Federal ammunition laws apply on pick up. You must be 21 years of age to purchase handgun ammunition or at least 18 for rifle/shotgun ammunition. To choose this option, click on the in store pick up tab. Age will be verified upon pick up.
Magazines and miscellaneous items can be shipped directly to your home. Both the stores and the warehouse will choose the carrier that best suits prompt delivery.
All firearms must be sent to a Federally Licensed Firearms dealer. There are zero exceptions. It is your responsibility to secure a FFL dealer in your area that will receive your firearm. You must submit a valid copy of that FFL to us by email or fax.
Illinois residents must provide a copy of their FOID card prior to any ammunition/fireman purchase.
IMPORTANT: YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR KNOWING YOUR STATE LAWS. If you live in a heavily regulated state you may only purchase merchandise legally owned in your state. If we discover that you have purchased an illegal item based on your state regulations there will be penalties.
