Compatible exclusively with the Omega 36M and Hybrid 46M, this mount allows you to attach a silencer to handguns using a piston (sold separately). Quality pistons with various thread patterns are available. By removing the Spring and Piston, you can insert a 3-Lug mount into the Charlie Piston Mount threads, enabling the use of a 3-Lug Mount with both the Omega 36M and Hybrid 46M.
